In order to promote the development of AIIB's comprehensive and strict governance of the party to the depth, and further strengthen the party spirit of party members and cadres, integrity and self-discipline awareness, on July 1, 2024, the party branch of AIIB organized a total of 8 party members and cadres, party activists and business backbones to visit and learn from Chengdu Dufu Cao Tang Museum.
Following the museum's map guide, everyone got to know more about Du Fu's career as an official, his stories of honesty and integrity, his words and deeds during his wandering and living. In the Hall of Poetry and History, they learned about Du Fu's literary contributions; in the Gongbu Ancestral Hall, they deeply felt Du Fu's lofty position and far-reaching influence as a literary hero of his generation; and in the Daya Hall, they experienced Du Fu's concern for the country and the people to the fullest extent.
The former residence of the thatched cottage witnessed Du Fu's hard times in the Cao Tang, and was also the place where he composed countless heirloom works. The furnishings inside the house are simple but full of literary flavor. Despite the hard living conditions, Du Fu wrote many popular poems here. Through the hardships and ups and downs of the war, he still maintained his deep concern for the country and the people, and this kind of family and national sentiment is not only touching, but also worthy of our deep thoughts and learning.
This visit and study activity to the Integrity Culture Base of Du Fu Cao Tang Museum is not only a strengthening of the awareness of Party members' integrity and self-discipline, but also a refining of their spirit. In the future, the party branch will continue to organize similar visits and learning activities to promote the popularity and inheritance of the culture of integrity in the institution, and contribute to the cultivation of more excellent public welfare young cadres with noble character and good morals.
